Ecommerce Warehouse Picker/Packer

The main responsibilities will be to help with the daily management of the store, processing orders for shipping, maintaining the store, loading, unloading to be clean and tidy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for shipping or pickup according to schedule
• Receive and process warehouse stock
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Report any discrepancies
• Process the full range of items sold on the website and other marketplaces.
• Maintain accurate stock levels with good accuracy

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of e-commerce operations, delivery flow and inventory control
• Good level of digital literacy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative

Salary:

Salary based on skills and experience. Bonus system, with a definite 6-month bonus (every June and December).

Compulsory wearing of formal office attire (uniform allowance of £500 per year).

Personal phones should not be used during working hours, only at lunchtime (no snacks during working hours).

Working hours Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm), 1 hour lunch break.

Holidays: 20 days per year, plus bank holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per hour
