Our passion is in helping businesses leverage commerce, marketing, sales, service, analytics, loyalty, and digital experience solutions. With rapidly growing, global expertise in enterprise connected commerce, OSF seamlessly guides brands throughout their entire digital transformation journey. Every day, we work with the largest and most well-known firms across the globe; and every day, we create meaningful customer experiences. We believe that when we unite as one team and pursue one shared vision, that we can revolutionize how our customers work.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you must have experience of working in a consumer-facing consulting environment. You should be able to demonstrate that you can thrive in an environment which is fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous, up for solving problems and getting your hands dirty. You are customer obsessed and know when to draw upon the right tools, with the right level of detail, to understand and validate customer problems. You have the confidence to challenge others and engage in healthy debate. Confidence to make the right call on the level of discovery, experimentation and measurement needed when designing solutions with customers comes natural to you. You love working with engineering teams, explaining the ‘why’ and working with them to define the ‘how’. You're outcome focused and have a bias for action to ensure we test and learn as we go, as well as make progress towards the big goals. There’s no time for perfection

Responsibilities:

  • Critically understand clients' operations, processes and systems
  • Take a lead role in project discovery and definition workshops, documenting requirements and becoming the “go-to” person internally and externally for detailed requirements
  • Collaborate with the UX/ UI Team, Project Managers, Solutions Architects and clients to design
  • Provide business direction and guidance to clients and support the successful delivery of projects
  • Prioritize business features and identify risks, potential solutions and ROI
  • Ensure that design solutions fulfil all requirements
  • Work with Solutions Architects to ensure that design solutions can progress seamlessly into development
  • Creation of user stories, brief designers and document final design solutions ready for development
  • Act as a key contributor in solution design and delivery
  • Keep a constant positive connection with the client and our different internal teams
  • Use your extensive experience in UX, visual design or storytelling to create compelling experiences with customers to meet their business goals
  • Facilitation of collaborative workshops to understand customer journeys, pain points and potential gains
  • Collaborate with design, product and engineering teams to wrangle complexity, diverge and converge on ideas and build tangible concepts for solutions with customers
  • As an early member of the design team, build culture, practices and standards that value teamwork, rigorous thinking and pragmatism

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years direct work experience in a Business Analyst role, including all aspects of process development and execution
  • Good understanding of requirements gathering, user stories, UI/ UX and interfacing with Solutions Architects and developers
  • Experience writing user stories & documenting functional designs
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Great communication skills
  • Team player
  • High level of commercial awareness
