Renault Enfield seeks a Senior Technician to join our dealership’s workshop.*
The role involves carrying out servicing, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to the highest standards.

Candidates should have a City & Guilds or NVQ level III Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualifications, Senior Technician accreditation (any brand / manufacturer) and be fully equipped with own tools & protective footwear and hold a full UK Driver’s license.

We will prioritise candidates with previous Senior Technician qualifications with Renault, Nissan or Dacia although we are able to provide dedicated courses for a Senior or Silver-level Technician moving brands.

The core hours for this job are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with 30 min lunch, plus 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota, 8:30am to 12:30pm

In return we offer a basic salary of £32,319 per annum. This comprises £31,300 pa for weekday work + £1019 pa for 1-in-4 Saturday mornings paid at time-and-a-half. We operate a monthly efficiency bonus that is paid on top of this which add circa £4,000-£6,000 pa to your earnings.*

We are also offering a £2000 welcome bonus to the successful individual when offered the job on or before 3rd March 2023 and commencing work by 21st April 2023. T&Cs apply.

Overtime beyond the core hours is available: additional Saturday work is paid at time-and-a-half. You can also volunteer for occasional Sunday and Bank Holiday work which paid at double pay.
