Position Overview & Specifications

Do you want a career in Renewable Energy sector? We are dynamic and passionate about what we do and need like-minded people to join our company to make a better future. We are looking for someone who wants to establish and develop their career in the Renewable Energy sector.

We require someone with high level of organisational skills, good attention to detail who is proactive and enjoys working in a team environment. We are seeking applicants with relevant transferable skills to our industry, must be able to learn technical information and have strong math and I.T skills. This role is to provide administrative support to the business and customers.

Renewable Administrator duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team and clients.
  • Analyse, process data along with G99 applications (training will be provided).
  • Internal document tracking, Filing (hard/electronic) and update the CRM system.
  • Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases;
  • Ensure that the highest standards of data quality are achieved and maintained for the collection, management and use of data.
  • Assist the collation of data for presentation in the weekly and monthly meetings.
  • To undertake such other duties as may be appropriate with the post.

The Person:

  • Team player with initiative that is flexible, conscientious, organised, articulate and methodical.
  • Excellent communicator on the telephone and in writing.
  • Excellent I.T Skills (MS Office) and ability to learn new software.
  • Willingness to learn about renewable technologies.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Office experience or degree educated but mainly interested in those who want to learn.
  • Science degrees - Environmental, Energy, Engineering (desirable).
