Senior Business Analyst

The key responsibilities of the Business Analyst role include:

• Build your awareness about the business. Learn about their products and services, markets, competitors, stakeholders, technology and upcoming products.
• Communicate with tech teams to understand their needs, resources, technical capabilities and any limitations so you can build road maps and technical specifications tailored for their teams.
• Analyse and apply use cases and compare the outcome with the business requirements
• Support project managers in creating detailed timelines based on your road maps and communicate IT specifications to our tech teams to achieve high-standard results.
• Collaboration with management, the Marketing and Competitive Intelligence departments, product owners to fully understand the strategies they devise and their short- and long-term business goals.

As the successful Business Analyst you will have:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, finance, mathematics, business or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in an IT field
• Experience with financial analysis, modelling and forecasting
• Proficiency in research and data analysis, documentation, presentation and report writing
• Attention to detail
• Strong skills in critical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
