Manager Role - Retra Fitness Fulham.

We are currently looking for a manager role for our boutique gym in fulham. A functional training method designed to help reach members fitness goals effectively. The ideal candidate is someone with plenty of sales expereince in the fitness industry. Excellent attention to detail and delivering the highest standars of customer service. Deadling with enquirys and being able to generate leads through outreach and other forms of marketing strategies.

Responsbilities and expectations for this role are:

• Delivering trials and converting to memebrships. Using feedback tools to help with member retention.
• Using marketing strategies to bring in leads.
• Ensuring all operations in club are completed in a timely manner
• Meet or exceed required KPI's that are set for you and staff.
• Suppoting all emplyees and delivering staff training.
• Completing Calls and Emails to recent enquires and scheduling trials.
• A professional and enthusiastic approach to service members and their fitness needs.

Qualifications:

• First Aid At Work Qualification.
• Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Experience:

• Gym manager: 1 Year (required)
• Personal Trainer: 3 Years (required)

Desirable but not required:

• Sales experience (2 Years)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
