Site Supervisor

We are currently hiring for 2 site supervisors for a project based in West London

Working as part of the site based project team, successful candidates will be responsible for the organisation and supervision of directly employed operatives and sub-contractors on site. Applicants must have the ability to achieve the necessary production outputs with due regard for quality finishes and health and safety issues.

Main Duties will Include:

• Site Construction programmes – ensuring timelines/targets are adhered too.
• Direct supervision of operatives ensuring works are carried out in a safe, compliant, effective, and efficient manner.
• Monitor site operatives’ performance.
• Understanding of Site Health & Safety and adherence
• Planning to ensure resource is available for the workload.
• Proactively work with colleagues to ensure the site and workload is running smoothly.
• Manage onsite deliveries.
• Managing team schedules and site attendance.
• Assisting with planning.

To be successful as a Site Supervisor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations, demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ideally candidates will have a joinery background and site supervisory experience on high quality interior fit out projects and be a CSCS Card holder.
