The Market at 22 Bishopsgate opened in 2021 and is a new type of workplace designed specifically to benefit and support a diverse, connected community.

With a much-loved member of our team moving on to pastures new, we're looking for an experienced General Manager to join our growing team.

As General Manager, you'll oversee the smooth running of our gorgeous restaurant and adjoining terrace, THE MARKET KITCHEN as well as our kiosks including PATCH, our salad bar and RESIDENCY which could range from Asian style street food to sourdough pizza. We also have a conferencing room called the Market Hub and cater events in the building. Across the outlets we serve over a thousand customers per day. We also have a range of bars showcasing the best of what London's food scene has to offer. Something for everyone!

You'll work closely with our RHC leadership team, sharing accountability for managing, hiring, training & developing our team of over 50. An incredible opportunity to join a vibrant, scaling food business with a genuine career progression path ahead for the right person.

Who are we looking for?

Corporate B&I experience is essential - we require a proven GM that can manage both RHC and client relationships, lead a team of superstars and deal with the corporate nature of the business. Great presence, personality, communication skills and a love of food and drink are obviously key too.

We look for smart (in all senses), polished individuals. Serious on the outside, but fun on the inside!
