Bar Staff and Waitress - Top rates of pay

We are looking for outgoing, confident and friendly individuals to join our small team. As a member of staff you'll be at the heart of the action; greeting, serving and looking after customers ensuring they have had the best dining experience. You will be looking alongside a hardworking, friendly, dedicated team.

Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Bar & waiting staff: To deliver excellent customer service at all times and creating a friendly, warm environment for the customers.

Bar staff responsibilities :

• Providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
• Serve & present beverages to company standards and specifications.
• Assist in keeping the bar, front of house area, facilities clean and tidy.
• Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and licensing laws.
• Be involved and contribute to team meetings.
• Carry our instructions as given by management and Directors.
• Support all other team members in delivering great service and a great working environment.

Waiting staff responsibilities :

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Serve, present food, beverages quickly, efficiently to Company standards and specification.
• Assist in keeping the bar, front of house area, facilities clean and tidy.
• Speak and check back to customers to ensure they are satisfied with their food and beverages.
• Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and licensing laws.
• Be involved and contribute to team meetings.
• Carry out instructions as given by management and Directors
• Support all other team members in delivering great service and a great working environment.
• You must be an excellent team player
• You have to be warm, friendly and engaging
• You’ll need excellent spoken English
