Position Overview & Specifications
- Collect and deliver customer and stock vehicles in a professional and safe manner, and provide an explanation of the controls and any work that has been carried out on their vehicle where applicable.
- Valet customer and Company vehicles in line with Company and Brand standards ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
- Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public, putting yourself in the customers’ shoes in order to deliver the highest level of customer experience.
- Organise and carry out customer transport options.
- Ensure the highest standard of care and presentation of all vehicles displayed, sold and serviced.
- Work effectively with other Service Department members in order to ensure that customers vehicles are collected and returned to them in a timely manner and in great condition.
- Valet vehicles as and when needed, before delivering them to a customer
- To deliver and collect vehicles to and from home or business addresses. On collection of the vehicle checking for damage and reporting damage to customers in the appropriate way
- Review deliveries and collections throughout the day
- General site presentation and maintenance in line with Company and Brand standards.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
