Position Overview & Specifications

Barista / Team Member - Costa Coffee
Location: Tibshelf Motorway Service Area, on the M1 between Jct 28/29
Full time / Part time


Our Site Director, Rob is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join the team as Costa team members. As a member of the team you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving our delicious range of food and drinks while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Your shifts will be working across the days of Monday to Sunday ranging from 6am-10pm, dependant on your availability.

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting customers and taking orders
  • Preparing and serving food and drinks
  • Cleaning and maintaining the unit
  • Following all food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Upselling products and advising customers on additional menu items
  • Working as part of a team
