Financial Administrative Assistant

Rosehill has been operating in the Pollok area of Glasgow for over 30 years and owns and manages over 1000 properties. We currently have the following vacancy:

Administrative Assistant – Finance

EVH Grade 4 £23,362 - £26,419

A new position, we are looking to recruit an administrative assistant to support the work of our Finance Team.

If successful, you will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger by collating and organising all invoices received, ensuring that invoices have been authorised correctly, processing authorised invoices through the ledger, and ensuring payments are made on time. In addition, you will be required to update the cash book on a daily basis, process all income and expenditure through the ledger, and carry out additional administrative tasks as required.

You must be proficient in Excel, have good numeracy and accuracy skills, and have the ability to organise and manage your own workload. Previous experience of working in an office environment, and a finance team, is preferred but not essential, as is knowledge of the social rented sector and previous experience of using housing software.
