Overview:
We are a leading building consultancy firm seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors, managing phone calls, and ensuring the smooth running of our front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and friendly welcome
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is kept clean and tidy
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required, including data entry and filing
- Responding to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and updating client information as necessary
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
