Role overview
As Workforce and Professionalism Assistant, you will provide an excellent standard of administrative support, assisting the team including the Vice President for Membership and Workforce with key projects supporting RCOG members and the wider O&G workforce.
This includes:
Supporting the delivery of the Observerships pilot programme in 2023
Supporting the provision of the job plan review service
Supporting the workforce planning activities
Supporting Board and Committee Meetings and minute taking as required
