Paralegal

rradar is looking for an experienced Paralegal to support and work alongside our Employment team at our Birmingham office.

The candidate will have a supporting role assisting the delivery of accurate and timely legal services. This will include providing a caring, quality service to the company’s clients, assisting fee-earners in providing advice and representation to our clients whilst promoting the services of our Employment team, both internally and externally.

Required skills:

The successful candidate must be hardworking, committed and enthusiastic. The candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills. We are looking for someone who can show great initiative, take on new tasks and be flexible in approach to working methods. You will be:

• 
  Motivated with a genuine interest in the law
• Familiar with business software such as Microsoft Office
• Have a willingness to learn
• Have the ability to work as part of a team
• Have the ability to work quickly and accurately and to meet deadlines

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with a law degree or equivalent and some previous paralegal or legal work experience in Employment.
