In a nutshell

You’ll produce high-quality creative, from brief to print, for creative marketing campaigns.


Working within our Design team, you’ll respond to a wide array of creative business asks, internally and externally. You’ll use your eye for detail to create accurate artworks to specific production specifications, across print and digital. You’ll be confident enough to contribute to the entire design process, but will have specific expertise in print and digital production.


What you’ll be doing

  • Creating high quality, accurate artworks to design and print specs, for point-of-sale and digital channels.
  • Ensuring designs are in line with key visuals and brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrating creative design, layout and retouching skills and rolling out creative with technical excellence on both print and digital assets.
  • Giving creative input on design and layout when delivering brand assets.
  • Bringing original thinking to creative concepts and visualising these as mock ups for campaigns.
  • Delivering final print-ready files to specification and agreed creative concept.
  • Sending assets to print, including detailed spec requirements, and looking after quality and delivery.
  • Working alongside the Designers to create content such as social media assets, in-store point-of-sale, and web assets.
  • Supporting the execution of campaigns and projects, producing attractive and compelling campaigns and content across all channels.
  • Supporting the Creative and Account Managers with resource planning by estimating the time required to deliver on production of the campaign.

What you need to know and show

  • You’ll have excellent technical knowledge of design and print processes and be used to working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Expertise in the core Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and knowledge of Figma, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Understanding of design thinking, accessibility and expertise in production of print and digital assets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through revisions, while keeping attention to detail.
  • Creative, solution-based thinking with a hands-on attitude.
  • Commercial and customer awareness.
  • An open communication style, with excellent team working skills.
