Office Junior – Saint Flooring Nottingham Band - £13,000 - £15,000 per annum

Saint are a leading flooring contractor with offices across England supplying and installing directly into the new house build sector.

To support our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at our office in Nottingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into an office environment.

Main Objectives

Working within the Operations and Customer Care teams, you will be responsible for assisting with all the general administration for the team.

The Role

Assisting with calls into the region, screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary.

On-line document filing into company job folders and updating all job folder details.

The Person

• Polite and confident telephone manner
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• To be confident in working in a busy office with daily deadlines
