Crew Member

Salt & Pepper are looking for some full-time additions to add to their vibrant team!

We're a busy and fast-paced casual dining restaurant, specialising in Chinese street food. We pride ourselves on providing quality food quickly, with excellent customer service, at an affordable price.

As such, all candidates must be able to excel under pressure, feel confident working within an open-kitchen setting and communicate well with their colleagues and customers.

The responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

• Prep - cutting vegetables, taking deliveries, par-cooking
• Line work - grill, fryers and woks
• Expo & Presentation - packing orders
• Serving customers
• Cleaning

The main requirements are:

• Competency in a kitchen setting - experience is preferred but not essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain focused in both busy and quiet times.
• A good attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to a unique kitchen - we don't do things like anyone else!
• A great work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
