The role

The difference our new Project Assistant will make

As a Project Assistant, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. This is an exciting opportunity to support on unique and innovative projects.

Day to day, you'll be directly involved in supporting the team and contribute to programme weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements. You'll support risk and opportunity management across the delivery teams. You'll also support the PMO in managing schedules, forecasts, and baseline change requests. You'll raise, control, and monitor requisitions in our business system to initiate procurement activities.

Essential experience

Applicants are reviewed on a case-by-case basis but below are attributes which may benefit your application:
  • Good familiarity with MS Office software
  • Experience working in team projects
  • Able to show drive and desire to make a daily positive impact
  • Tracking tasks, works orders, work packages
  • Procurement - raising requisitions, tracking purchase orders.
  • Experience of using IFS, or similar ERP system (desirable)
