Head of Psychology

Psychologist Pay Rate: £90 per hour (assignment rate)

Location: HMP Lowdham Grange

Contract Type: 3 Months

Duties of the Clinical Psychologist:

• Deliver the vision of HMP Lowdham Grange to ensure that the psychological services, reducing re-offending pathways and rehabilitative culture operate efficiently in accordance with the values of the Prison.

• Lead the Psychology and Interventions team and ownership of the departmental strategy, performance and compliance.

Requirements of the Psychologist:

• Psychologists must be registered and accredited members of the BACP. (Registered Member MBACP (Accred) or Registered Member MBACP (Snr Accred).)
• Clinical Psychologist with HCPC registration.
• Recent experience working as a psychologist in the UK.
