NHS Adult Social Worker - Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)

This role can be covered by a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Social Worker or Occupational Therapist.

Team/Specialism: Mental Health

Pay Rate: £36 per hour (assignment rate)

Contract: Locum, 3-Months

Hours: Full-time, 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday

We have 3 teams currently looking for Case Coordinators:

• Carrick - Based Truro HealthPark, Truro
• Kerrier - Based at Longrach Hospital site, Redruth
• North Cornwall - Based Bodmin Hospital site, Bodmin

Requirements of the Social Worker:

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Current Social Work England registration
• Significant frontline experience in Adults Services
• Driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
• Staff covering expected to be based in Cornwall, attending the respective office each day
