Customer Service Advisor - Welcome Team - Part time

We have an opportunity on our busy Welcome Team, based at Stapleford.
The successful candidate will work on our busy switchboard team, acting as the first point of call for all calls coming in to the Sandicliffe Group.
You will have the ability to handle a high volume of calls, multi-task and remain focused, the last call of the day should be as good as the first.
Communication must be efficient and friendly at all times.
The ideal candidate:

• Customer Service experience either via the phone or face to face in any industry

• Maths and English GCSEs or equivalent would be desirable however experience will also be a consideration

• Attention to detail

• Customer focused

• PC literate

• Ability to multi-task is essential

• Positive outlook and working attitude

The successful candidate must be available to work 24 hours per week, covering the following hours:
Monday 8am - 5pm
Thursday & Friday 9am - 6pm
Saturdays - occasional on a rota as and when required
Based at our Stapleford branch, 127 Nottingham Road, Stapleford, NG9 8AU
