The difference you’ll make.

• Creating engaging, accessible content for our customers across multiple 121 channels.
• Building an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers.
• Ensuring your communications support our brand values and deliver against key business goals.
• Participating in Agile planning, delivery and optimisation of 121 campaigns aligned to squad priorities.
• Managing external agencies to ensure timescales and quality standards are met.
• Managing key internal stakeholders through development, approval and timely delivery of your communications.

What you’ll bring.

• Excellent organisation and understanding of the end-to-end marketing communications delivery process.
• Passion and creativity, with the ability to write compelling copy.

What else you need to know.

We will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.

This is a site based contract with a hybrid working pattern (Milton Keynes 2 days per week/home based 3 days per week).
