Position Overview & Specifications

An exciting new opportunity to join our Auditing Team as an Assistant Auditor.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare pre-audit work for departmental regulatory compliance audits from records held on various Savills systems and ensure results are collated for the team's Auditors (training will be given on Savills systems).
  • Prepare pre-audit work for Office environmental and H&S regulatory compliance audits.
  • Send out pre-audit work to Teams and Offices in advance of the audit date. Answer queries as required and keep good records.

    In due course you'll accompany the team's Auditors to Savills offices as required and assist with ISO Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety audits, and departmental regulatory compliance audits.
  • Assist Auditors with the preparation of audit reports to ensure they are received in a timely manner.
  • Follow up audit findings to ensure satisfactory resolution within agreed timescales.
  • In addition to the tasks above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

Technical capability :

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (at a minimum Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook).
  • Skills and attributes :

  • Proactive attitude and ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
  • High attention to detail, organisational skills and workload prioritisation
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines in an office environment
