Deputy Store Manager

Every Sheriff need a Deputy! Do you thrive on achieving your goals? Love training and developing schuhperstars? Then this is the place for you! As an integral part of the team hard work, organisation and determination is a must. You'll provide support to your colleagues to ensure all our 'little customers' get the best service possible-whilst receiving opportunities to showcase your skills and abilities you've developed along the way. You will be given exposure to every aspect of the store, from meeting and exceeding targets to managing staff, customers service, recruitment to overall operations and so much more.... This will prepare you for your own store! and whilst experience is important, attitude and passion is what sets the bar.
