Leisure Attendant - Slieve Donard Resort & Spa

Position Statement:

As Leisure Attendant you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring public areas, back of house and service areas of the Spa are clean and presentable at all times.
• Ensuring all areas of the Spa are fully stocked.
• Preparing and replenishing all Spa and Leisure facilities as required.
• Ensuring the pool deck is maintained at all times, including daily testing and sampling.
• Attending to the male changing facilities regularly throughout the day, while in use, to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities are maintained.
• Ensuring exceptional guest service is provided, in accordance with our brand standards and 5 star Espa service requirements.
• Complying with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all guest enquires are handled efficiently and effectively.

Essential Criteria

• A minimum of 6 months previous experience in a guest focused role.
• A proven ability to interact with guests and service users in a positive and professional manor.
• High standards of attention to detail and personal presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Proven ability to demonstrate a passion to deliver excellent customer service.

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience working within Spa or Leisure facilities
• Knowledge and/or experience of the inner workings of the plant room operation within leisure facilities
