What to expect as a Fish Process Operative

You’ll learn how to complete a number of different tasks relating to the preparation of fish; handling fish on a production line, trimming and filleting, packing and unpacking.

It’s busy, so we’re looking for people who are prepared to work hard and meet targets and deadlines.

The hours are Monday till Friday, 6.30am start with the opportunity for over-time on Saturdays.

There’s a canteen on site serving hot food at great value and you’ll be able to buy produce at discounted rates.

What you’ll need

You’ll be reliable and motivated and offer flexibility when it’s needed.

If you have previous experience of working in manufacturing, then all the better. But if not, and you have a reliable work history, full training is provided, so you’ll be taught everything you need to know.
