As Front Office Supervisor you will be the face of Sea Containers London, leading our team of Front Desk Agents in offering our guests their first warm welcome to the hotel, checking them in and out and ensuring that our guests are consistently offered phenomenal service throughout their stay.

As Front Office Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate all Front Office related duties connected with arriving and in-house guests, ensure that all regular and VIP guests receive high quality, personalised service in an effective, timely manner, and maintain our guest satisfaction scores.

Salary: £27,643 per annum
