FULL TIME Game Master

ABOUT SENSAS

SENSAS is a unique immersive activity in the heart of London, where teams of four to 30 go through Sensory Labs - including in complete darkness - to put their senses to the test and face their fears taking on original and fun challenges they have never seen before.

We are dedicated to bringing joy and a unifying time to our guests during a two-hour activity that is available seven days a week, from 9am to 11pm.

But it does not stop here. By surpassing themselves, our guests collect a number of SENSAS Charms which will be converted into a donation SENSAS makes for its partner charity supporting people with disabilities. SENSAS is proud to combine a strongly interactive and fun activity that raises awareness, with real actions through donations.

HERE'S THE EXCITING BIT

As our Game Master, you'll be the mastermind behind our guests' immersive experiences. You'll be responsible for designing and facilitating unforgettable gaming experiences that engage all five senses. You'll work closely with our guests to create a personalized journey that takes them on an epic adventure.

As Game Master of Senses, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming our guests and getting them excited about their upcoming experience. Providing pre-game briefings and supporting them throughout their visit. Individually managing a team and ensuring that guests gain maximum enjoyment during their experience.
• Monitoring game progress and providing hints/help as needed. Our Master of Senses plays a crucial part in the success of the experience.
• Taking the craziest photos of them, debrief afterwards, answer any questions and help guests leave on a high.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic with great interpersonal and communication skills. Someone energetic who is able to drive targeted demographics to come to our venue whilst steadily delivering an unparalleled experience to our guests.

You need to be comfortable speaking in front of groups of up to 30 people and holding their attention. Ideal candidates will have some performance / acting background or front-facing customer service and sales experience.
