After a record year, we’re investing in our training programme with six new hires. We’re looking for hardworking and ambitious people who want to kickstart their sales career in an international environment offering clear paths for progression. You’ll join our friendly team of ambitious trainees, established consultants, and industry leaders, each forging their own path, with our support.

What does a Trainee Tech Recruiter do?

• They develop new business relationships for their own portfolio of clients.
• They source, build relationships with, and place experienced tech talent.
• They generate leads and market information by building and nurturing a network.
• They work independently, and with the support of our team when required.
• They work closely with their coach to master the skills required to be a successful recruiter.
