Job Brief:
We are looking for an innovative and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess proven expertise in delivering creative marketing concepts, developing visual plans, and keeping up with best digital practices like customer journey, content creation, product storytelling, and data analysis. As a vital member of our management team, you will partner with Sales and Business Development Managers to strategize, plan, and support our website's marketing campaigns.
What you will do:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives and business specifics.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and create effective marketing strategies.
- Create and manage content for the company's website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing campaign performance, while continuously optimizing content for SEO and other relevant KPIs.
- Develop visual concepts for promotional activities and lead-generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead-generation strategies.
- Manage online advertising campaigns, track ROI, and maintain the online presence and reputation of the company.
- Respond to customer feedback and reviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
In this role, you will:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B software or consulting environment.
- In-depth understanding of software products and effective strategies for promoting new products in the market.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
