About Us

Seoul IN a Bottle is a modern Korean restaurant, serving dishes such as kimchi pancakes, bulgogi bibimbap, and tteokbokki - just to name a few. Whilst we have operated in multiple locations since our inception, we are excited to be opening a brand new stall at Seven Dials Market in Covent Garden at the end of April. Due to the high footfall in the market, we are expecting to be intensely busy, so are looking at expanding our team in order to meet expected demand.

Job Description

Our front of house staff will be the first meeting point for customers. We are looking for people who have bubbly, friendly personalities that are prepared to fulfil responsibilities such as (but not limited to): greeting and talking to customers with a friendly attitude, providing explanations and recommendations of menu items, take orders, operate PoS till, deliver food from kitchen, and clean tables between seatings.

Waiting experience is not mandatory, however our preference will be towards people who have previously held customer-facing roles and have a friendly, fun, attitude. We would like our front of house team to be actively greeting and talking to customers.

Hiring timeline

If selected from this application, our first meeting will be an interview. This may be in person, or over the phone. We will go over your prior experience, what you can bring to the team, and what you are like as a person.

Upon your hire, we will be running training sessions alongside the back of house staff ~18th April, before our full opening to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £12.00 per hour
