Warehouse Operatives
We are a fast expanding company based in Blackburn and have several vacancies within our Blackburn Warehouse . The successful candidate will be supporting Team Leaders within the Warehouse for picking/packing, goods inward and good outbound..
Main Duties will include:
- Pick and pack orders as required, scanning, checking for damaged or missing items
- Move stock by hand using lifting gear as well as moving within the internal system using handheld scanner
- Ensure all goods inwards are booked accurately and signed for responsibly if assisting with the goods in/ goods out teams.
- Assist with stock taking as and when required. This may mean working out of normal hours
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Working within a busy warehouse environment is desirable
- Good manual handling skills
- Reliable and responsible attitude
- Good timekeeping skills
- A flexible and can-do attitude
- Able to use a hand help scanner
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm – Needs to be flexible to suit business needs
Salary: £9.50/hour
