Position Overview & Specifications

We’re looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator as part of our growth plans for a new Cambridge lettings team. The Senior Lettings Negotiator will support the customer through the full lettings life cycle and guide them through the process of renting their dream home.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator:

  • The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree lets & progress lets through to move in. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor and assist customers with their insurance needs.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Negotiator:

  • Proven track record within the industry
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

  • Lettings: 1 year (required)
