Estates team Leader
This role will be based in the Central and South West area and is a permanent full time 37 hour per week post.
Are you highly motivated, enthusiastic and keen to assist the residents of Sheffield in keeping the local area looking clean, green and safe? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Team Leader to join the Housing and Neighbourhoods Service within Sheffield City Council.
We are looking for a team player who will work to support the delivery of a quality Estates Service to tenants and residents in the Central and South West area of Sheffield.
You will need to be able to Lead a team, manage performance, hit targets and set high standards as well as being hard working, have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer care. You will need to have an ability to work under pressure - maintaining accurate records and operating within our policies and procedures.

Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.

You may be required to work from various sites in the city to meet the needs of the service.
For our daytime service, we operate hours between 8.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
