Your new role as a Senior Care Assistant (Wellbeing) will be varied, interesting and rewarding. you will be responsible for delivering person centred care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity and overall wellbeing. You will be providing care that is directly in line with the resident’s care plan; assisting them with their mobility, food and fluid intake, personal care, resident-led activities and so much more.

You’ll develop strong relationships with the individuals you work with, supporting the Registered Manager with all aspects of resident care and clearly communicating this to the families and care team. As a Senior Care Assistant (Wellbeing), your role will be responsible for providing the highest standards of care across the home.

You’ll be an experienced carer, ideally with qualifications or specialised training to match. Experience of working with people with dementia is desirable and an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is a big advantage.

We are delighted to announce that from 1 January 2022, our hourly paid colleagues will receive 25 days (plus 8 days bank holiday) — growing with length of service up to 30 days holiday.
