Full Time Waiting Staff £12 ph

Silverberry is a modern Brunch and Coffee House and they are looking for people-friendly team members to be part of their front of the house team in their Hampstead Café.

If you are a people person, passionate about great food and drink especially artisanal coffee and like to work in a busy environment with fun this job is for you.

Responsibilities

-Greeting customers as they arrive

-Advice on the best choices for each customer

-Take orders at the till and deliver them to the table or to the customer safely, swiftly and accurately

-Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards

-Work with other staff as a team

-Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality

-Making sure a high level of hygiene is in place in the area specified as the front of the house

Requirements

-Proven experience as waiting staff

-Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction

-Customer-oriented and planning skills

-Working knowledge of till register and any ordering information system

-Outstanding people skills

-Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem-solving
