Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Our Building Services team are looking for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer with a Mechanical background to join the team in several location in Essex. The purpose of the role will be to carry out Mechanical Services (Plumbing/ Pool Plant Maintenance / HVAC and BMS), Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Works in time to meet KPI’s.

You’ll:

• Ensure all statutory & mandatory compliance maintenance and records/certificates are always kept up to date and in line with the contractual requirements and filed as Skanska Management System.
• Have a ‘Can do’ attitude and ability to work under own initiative which is vital to this role Have desire to deliver first class engineering and client satisfaction.
• Be willing to work as part of an On Call rota along with a flexible work approach.

We’re looking for:

• Minimum of Mechanical City & Guilds/NVQ/BTEC level 3, or equivalent.
• Desirable Skills include Electrical training / BMS / Pool plant experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Building Maintenance
