Look no further, we’re currently recruiting for an experienced Manager to join our brand-new restaurant in Belfast.

Slim Chickens is an exciting fast-casual restaurant brand that has built up a huge following in the U.S.A and is growing across the UK.. Our food is honest, meals are social, and the door is always open.

What do we look for in a General Manager?

You will be confident in having total responsibility for managing and leading the daily operations of the restaurant both front of house and back of house, it’s a busy role so you’ll love working in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead by example and inspire your team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality, we want all our guests to remember our door is always open for honest sociable meals!

Being brand new to the area you will act as a brand ambassador, building awareness of the Slim Chickens brand and taking advantage of local marketing opportunities to drive sales of your restaurant and the Slim Chickens brand.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance is in line with all company policies and procedures and proactively develop and train your team to build a passionate, engaged team that provide a great guest experience and can support with future new site openings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £33,000.00 per year
