Dental Receptionist

We at Smile Dental Care are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly expanding team on a Full Time basis in our Practice in St Ives, Cornwall.

Smile Dental Care are a privately-owned Family run Company set up by an Associate Dentist in 1993, who has a passion to provide a positive working culture throughout the company. We currently have 35 Practices running across the UK from the Scotland all the way down to Devon & Cornwall, we also look to open between 3 – 5 New Practices every Year. Our plan at Smile Dental Care is not to become the largest, but to continue to support and develop our practices and their teams.

The role as a Receptionist:-

• To carry out reception and related administrative duties throughout the Practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the Practice Manager or other senior team members.
• To deal with patients in a polite and efficient manner and to always put them first.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and courteous telephone manner always.
• Have the ability to work on your own and as part of a Team.
