the role

our packing operatives are responsible for packing finished products ready for posting to our customers, following the instructions provided.

the team are hardworking, flexible in their approach to the work that they carry out and focused on making sure things are done right the first time.

what the role involves

• packing our products as per instructions provided by supervisors either on automated or manual packing lines.
• preparing raw materials in an ergonomic way for packing operation.
• checking the quality of product meets specified requirements.
• keeping the Health & Safety of yourself and others at the forefront of everything you do.
  

you will need

• no previous packaging or production experience is required, just a can-do, enthusiastic attitude.
• to be able to work in a warehouse environment, in a quick and efficient way with minimal supervision. All tasks involve standing for long periods.
• to be able to understand work directions and health & safety in English and show a basic level of spoken English.
• you will need to have the right authorisation to work in the UK

the shift pattern is Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm (45 hours per week) with 1 hour of unpaid breaks during each full shift.
