Core Requirements:

  • Proven experience as WordPress developer with a strong understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Experience with SCSS/Less, jQuery, PHP5+Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflowsKnowledge of WordPress architecture, terminology, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with agile principles in a web development environment
  • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest web development trends and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self management/time management skills
  • Experience with any of the following is not required but a strong plus: front-end frameworks(Vue.js, Angular, React), Twig/Timber, Algolia, Cypress and Website optimization experience
