Marketing Specialist

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a social-media savvy, growth-focused candidate to scale and take ownership of social media channels. We are looking for motivated person who are ready to bring their whole self to work and give it their all in a fast growing, family-run business.

Location: Fairclough Hall farm, Hall Green, Weston.

Salary: £10 - £14 (Depending on experience)
Hours: 24 hours per week

So Cosy is a UK-based lifestyle brand, established in 2009 by husband and wife team Vilija and Rimsky. We sell our own designs of luxury blankets, throws, cushions, shawls, socks and picnic rugs. All made from the finest quality wool, ethically sourced from the highest-grade suppliers. The result is a unique, world-class product, not available anywhere else. As part of our product range we have a colourful jute home accessory and we are always working on new ideas and creations, with big plans for the business.

You Will…
· Plan and execute a social media strategy in line with our brand identity and increasing brand awareness.
· Create effective content including text, graphics and video for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and PressLoft.
· Respond to messages from followers and reach out to social media influencers for collabs, etc.
· Produce monthly newsletters for marketing purpose (MailChimp)
· Assist the founders in putting together content for press, PR and award applications.
· Be the subject matter expert and advise the founders on latest trends and ways to increase the efficacy of social media activities
· Be social media savage - know-how to use social media, understanding of SEO, keyword search, web traffic & track metrics and be an active user of social media.
Skills and background required…
· A good understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, YouTube, Pinterest and PressLoft.
· Impeccable written communication skills
· Knowledge of running paid social media campaigns and working with analytics
· Photoshop skills
· Working knowledge of graphics design, photo and video editing software
· A self-starter who is able to work independently and in collaboration with others
· Passionate about social media and marketing
· Love working from home or our countryside office in Hertfordshire
· With amazing time management
· Always up to date with new trends, memes and trending sounds for Reels
· Have a good understanding of luxury products
· Be super creative with great ideas
· Not afraid to be in front of the camera
· A Reel-savvy editor and creator
· Love holiday/travel aesthetics
· Available to work 24 hours per week
· Must be at least 20 years old
