Position Overview & Specifications

Job Introduction Sodexo have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Co-ordinator to join our busy team. This role will be homebased on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Contract Director the role of the Business Support Co-ordinator will be to provide exceptional administrative support to the function. The ideal candidate should be proficient using the full Microsoft suite, have exceptional attention to detail and be able to work well unsupervised.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support key individuals within the Client team including the Contract Director and Leadership Team. Administrative support can include, but is not limited to:
  • Diary management for individuals or teams
  • Managing action, decision, query & tracking correspondence
  • Monitoring progress on key contract deliverables
  • Planning and arranging internal and external meetings, video conferences and calls
  • Attending meetings as and when required to take minutes, distribute actions and follow up to completion.

  • Competent with Demonstrable evidence on Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint etc.)
