Floor Captain

As a Floor Captain at Sodexo in Royston, you will provide a warm welcome and make that all-important first impression to our colleagues and visitors. What you’ll do:

• Ensure the smooth operations, from mailroom service to meeting room support

• Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service

• Support with work-place support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity

• Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require

What you bring:

• Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills

• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure

• Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box

• Champion of health & safety practices

• Desire to grow and progress your career if you are interested
