About the Role

As part of the hospitality team, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like. You’ll have polite and cheerful manner, creating memorable experiences for our clients and visitors.

You’ll prepare the client floor for the day, with regular checking of meeting rooms and facilities available to customers. You'll be a forward-thinker, familiar with corporate function requirements and ensuring customers and guests from all levels receive the best possible experience.

A few things about you

Our VIP Hospitality Leads are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s important that fantastic customer service is always at the forefront! If you are a friendly, and approachable individual with great communication skills and an eye for quality service, then this could be for you!

Similar corporate hospitality experience is essential and if you have great people skills, we’d love to hear from you!. A willingness to learn and develop new skills is a bonus too!
