Bar Manager - £50,000 per annum
We are seeking an excellent and outgoing Bar Manager to join our Oxfordshire team, and lead a team of talented Bartenders.

What we are looking for – Bar Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager to provide an excellent drinking experience for our members, along with the smooth running of a busy bar area. You will have experience managing a team, and have a natural ability to spot areas for progression; owning your management role in mentoring and training individuals in your team. Equally, you will be able to spot talent and enjoy thinking of new and innovative ways to get the best out of your team!
As a talented and experienced Bartender yourself, you will be leading from the front and be able to create classic and innovative drinks, including our famous Picante's, exceeding customers' needs and expectations.
