• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• We require a valid NPLQ qualification
• First Aid and defibrillator training preferred, but not essential
• Fluent command of English spoken language

The Venue…

Having opened in April 2021, 180 House at 180 The Strand has two floors of members' space, a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop pool with 360-degree views of London. The interiors of the House reflect the design of the brutalist landmark, with the original features retained, and a mid-century-inspired 1970's feel. Underneath is Soho Works, a workspace primarily designed for Soho House members.

Members enter through reception on the ground floor, with lifts up to Soho Works and the House. On the ninth floor, there's a rooftop pool with south-facing views over the Thames, the London Eye and Parliament. The outside area is partially covered by a weathered steel structure and there are cascading plants around the edges. The pool is tiled in dark blue, glazed lava stone, with covered lounge seating around each side. The outdoor bar is polished stainless steel with a marble top, and there's a terrazzo floor, a pizza oven and a DJ booth.

Only those Lifeguard eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the position.
