We are excited to advised that one of our newest restaurant brands, Sonrisa is looking to recruit a Host/Hostess!

As Host, you are a brand ambassador who considers guest experience your top priority by:

• Taking pride in your appearance, recognising that first impressions count;
• Warmly greeting guests, confidently building rapport in a professional manner;
• Being responsible for Guest Relation enquiries by phone and email.
• Ensuring all guest needs are met during the enquiry/booking phase of the dining experience;
• Being genuinely passionate about working in hospitality and confident when interacting with people;
• Keeping calm, professional and focused in challenging situations;
• Proactively managing reservations to accommodate the optimal number of guests;
• Willing to learn all aspects of the restaurant operation to assist when needed;
• Contributing to creating and maintaining a positive and productive working culture.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

• Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Hosting: 1 year (preferred)
