You will:
- Managing UK & Ireland HR cases through the case management system (Dovetail), ensuring cases are managed efficiently, complying with internal SLAs and employment law
- Act as the first point of contact for HR policy queries and point of escalation for more complex queries
- Provides a professional high-quality HR provision, delivering general HR advice, guidance and solutions on a broad range of human resource issues, interpreting and advising on employee relations, including complex cases, terms and conditions policies and procedures and employment UK legislation in line with policy and procedures.
- Take a strategic viewpoint in all queries to understand where continuous improvement could be made, both culturally and operationally.
- Look after PO and invoice management through the internal system
- Run weekly inductions for all new hires, including 4-week reviews and corporate sessions
- Ensuring timely completion of employee lifecycle processes including new starters/transfers/ex-pats, contractual changes, leavers and exit interviews.
- Manage the process for international transfers and expats
- Overseeing the rollout of salary increases, promotions and other changes across the business
- Junior to more experienced HR Generalist with UK employment law knowledge and good skills in HR systems like; Workday, Dovetail and Office365, HR data/process queries HR administration
- First-line Employer Relations support cases and resolution
- Experience in mobility such as transfers, expatriation and repatriation
- Great administrative skills to manage purchase orders and invoices
- Experience in contract creation and onboarding
- An excellent communicator, fluent in spoken and written English.
